• From the A30 17 miles west of Exeter turn off at the Whiddon Down exit and take the A382 marked Moretonhampstead. Pass service station and Little Chef on right.
• Turn first right onto the A3124 marked North Tawton etc. Proceed for about 5 miles to crossroads at the A3072.
• Turn right onto A3072 towards Crediton and Bow.
• After about 1.5 miles look for sign to Nichols Nymet.
• Turn left up lane with post box on corner and pass several buildings and a farm.
• At blue Nichols Nymet House sign turn in across field road to the front of the big Georgian house.
